All our orders are handled by GLS Ireland. GLS delivers all parcels monday to friday always in a time slot 08AM - 6PM.

The courier supposed to get in touch with a consignee prior the delivery so make sure to answer while expecting delivery as this guarantees succesfull delivery on the first attempt. Each parcel handled by GLS is insured and and therefore a signature is required upon delivery so make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery to avoid dissapointment. If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect and sign your parcel a courier will leave a card with info how to rearange delivery.

PLEASE BE AWARE! The courier always attempts delivery twice and if both attempts failed the goods will be sent back to us, If you need to rearange delivery after that you will be charged 5,50 euros extra for shipping.
